we wanted to make a punk record. we remembered though that we always do. "this is our punk rock" yeah yeah yeah. there aren't any rules. some people forget that. the shit is in our blood , always has been. so we just kept on making songs.

we made this collection away from most of the family. they are missed. it was exciting to to record with folks that have never have been on our records, despite being in other bands together and who are for sure members of this strange weird family we have going on.

we made this record while and still as the country and world is fucked. everyone is freaking. everyone is getting sick. we cant see our friends. we cant see our lovers. we cant see our families. too many people are leaving us and the numbers rise everyday. the president is lying to us multiple times a day. our doctors are begging for help. people are protesting for their right to get sick and die. we are worn down and tired and busting at the boring seems. we don't see an end or answers and there seems to be no light...

but hang in , and hang on, rest, find peace somewhere, love always so hard near and from the furthest away ever before
